Support authorizing the Assistant County Administrative Officer over the Office of Community Engagement Strategic Advocacy (OCESA) or the ACAO's designee to accept, administer and execute contracts and agreements with sub grantees for direct services delivery with the following organizations: YWCA of Monterey County, CASA of Monterey County, Monterey County Rape Crisis Center, Seaside Police Department, Greenfield Police Department, Monterey County Probation Department, District Attorney's Office - Victim Services Program and Monterey County Health Department with a retroactive effective date of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.
