a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign a three (3) year Facility Use Agreement for a term of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 with Rancho Cielo, Inc. to permit the use by the Health Department/Behavioral Health Bureau of three (3) office spaces on Rancho Cielo premises for the provision of mental health services for at-risk youth in Monterey County in the amount of $18,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-18, $18,000 for FY 2018-19, and $18,000 for FY 2019-20 for a total amount not to exceed $54,000;
b. Approve the non-standard risk provisions, as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($5,400) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
