RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Health Department's Environmental Health Bureau includes Hazardous Materials Management Services which is responsible for hazardous materials releases and spills. This grant will provide funding for training, drills, and rewriting or revising the County oil spill contingency plan and local hazardous materials plan.
