RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for the 3rd and 4th Quarters of 2017 for August 24, 2017, August 30, 2017, September 27, 2017, October 25, 2017, November 15, 2017, November 27, 2017 and December 15, 2017.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Budget Committee met on August 24, 2017, August 30, 2017, September 27, 2017, October 25, 2017, November 15, 2017, November 27, 2017 and December 15, 2017. The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Budget Committee. The Committee members are Supervisor Luis Alejo and Supervisor Jane Parker. The Budget Committee submits these Actions Minutes for the Board's receipt.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The CAO - Budget & Analysis Division prepared this report. County departments prepare and submit staff reports for consideration by the Budget Committee. All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Analysts. County Counsel, the Auditor-Controller and Department Heads are consulted as needed.
FINANCING:
There is no impact to the County's General Fund by receiving this report.
