RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that your Board approve Amendment No. 1 to the employment agreement for Public Defender and authorize the Chair of the Board to sign the same.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Approval of this item approves Amendment No. 1 to the employment agreement for Susan Chapman, Public Defender, effective February 27, 2018.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
County Counsel has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation.
FINANCING:
Funding for this position is included within the department budget.
