RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The County currently has Agreement A-12708 with Harmony at Home which will expire on June 30, 2018. Harmony at Home provides services that teach healthy communication within families to end the cycle of violence and abuse. Harmony at Home provides school-based domestic violence counseling services to elementary school-aged children in Alisal, Salinas City Elementary and the Salinas Union High School Districts.
