Report

The public hearing before the Board of Supervisors had been previously scheduled and noticed for April 17, 2018.  The Applicant and Appellant have both requested, in writing, a continuance to a date certain to allow time for the parties to reach a mutually acceptable screening plan to satisfy the Appellants’ concerns.  Therefore, County staff supports and recommends approval of this request for a continuance of the public hearing on this appeal to May 15, 2018.
