RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Monterey County Water Resources Agency Board of Directors:
Approve an agreement with Management Partners retro-active to August 17, 2017, in the amount of $9,900 for the preparation and facilitation of the November 2017 workshop.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Monterey County Water Resources Agency (Agency) participates in annual strategic planning, usually in the form of an off-site, facilitated workshop. A workshop was held in November 2017 to present a status report on the projects identified in the last retreat of 2016 and to define expectations for the upcoming comprehensive strategic plan.
Management Partners has invoiced the Agency in the amount of $9,900 for the preparation and facilitation of the November 2017 workshop, however, there is no active contract and the Agency is unable to process payment.
Therefore, it is requested that the Monterey County Water Resources Agency Board of Directors approve an agreement with Management Partners retro-active to August 17, 2017.

FINANCING:
Costs for the preparation and facilitation workshop is $9,900 and will come from Fund 111
