a. Authorize the Deputy Purchasing Agent for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Hospitalist Medicine Physicians of California, Inc., dba Sound Physicians of California III (Sound) to provide hospitalist services at NMC for an amount not to exceed $8,095,608 for the period March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2022.
b. Authorize the Deputy Purchasing Agent for NMC to sign up to three (3) amendments to this agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($809,560) of the original contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.
