Title:

a. Approve and authorize the Acting Director of the Department of Social Services to sign an agreement with the Community Human Services for $237,500 to provide Commercially Sexually Exploited Children program services for a term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, and
b. Authorize the Acting Director or the Director of the Department of Social Service to sign up to three (3) amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($23,750) of the contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.
