RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors continue the public hearing on this matter to July 9, 2019.

 

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

Staff requests additional time to coordinate with the developer for the East Garrison subdivision and to prepare reports and documentation for consideration by the Board of Supervisors.

 

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:

Monterey Bay Air Resources District requests that the Board amend this mitigation measure and has provided recommended language in order to be able to effectively implement this mitigation. 

 

FINANCING:

The intent of condition of approval 184 is to fund improvements in air quality with a focus toward development and transportation.
