RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Receive the 2018 annual Monterey County Crop Report from the Agricultural Commissioner.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Agricultural Commissioner produces an annual Crop Report pursuant to Sections 2272 and 2279 of the California Food and Agricultural Code. The Crop Report states the condition, acreage, production, and value of the unprocessed agricultural commodities produced in the County. The 2018 Crop Report celebrates women in agriculture.

None.
FINANCING:
Costs associated with the production of this report are included in the 2018-19 budget.
