RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that hearing for this project be continued to August 28, 2019.

 

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

Staff requests the project be continued from the Planning Commission hearing of July 31, 2019 to August 28, 2019.  This continuance will allow staff additional time to work with the applicant on potential project modifications and condition language that arose subsequent to the notice for the July 31 Planning Commission hearing.
