Approval of a Historic Property Contract (Mills Act Contract) with property owners James Stephen Fields and Wendy Jordan Fields, Trustees of the James and Wendy Fields Trust Dated 8/3/2006, for property located at 25227 Hatton Road, Carmel (Assessor's Parcel Number 009-171-011-000), commonly known as the "A.N. Nastovic House"; and
b. Authorization to the chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve a Historic Property Contract (Mills Act Contract) with property owners James Stephen Fields and Wendy Jordan Fields, Trustees of the James and Wendy Fields Trust Dated 8/3/ 2006, for property located at 25227 Hatton Road, Carmel (Assessor's Parcel Number 009-171-011-000), commonly known as the "A.N. SUMMARY:
On January 29, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution approving the addition of the "A. N. Nastovic House" to the Monterey County Register of Historic Resources based mostly on its example of the work of master builder/architect. This action qualified the subject historic property to apply for a Historic Property Contract pursuant to the state law known as the Mills Act and County regulations implementing the Mills Act.
