RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2019 for February 4, 2019, February 27, 2019, April 10, 2019, April 22, 2019, May 30, 2019, and June 14, 2019.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Budget Committee met on February 4, 2019, February 27, 2019, April 10, 2019, April 22, 2019, May 30, 2019, and June 14, 2019. The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Budget Committee. The Committee members are Supervisor Luis Alejo and Supervisor Jane Parker. The Budget Committee now submits the Actions Minutes to the Board of Supervisors for receipt.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The CAO - Budget & Analysis Division prepared this report. County departments prepare and submit staff reports for consideration by the Budget Committee. All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Analysts. County Counsel, the Auditor-Controller and Department Heads are consulted as needed.
FINANCING:
There is no impact to the County’s General Fund to receive this report.
