RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Monterey County Sheriff's Office is recommending the approval of amendment #1 to a multi-year agreement with GEO Reentry Services, LLC to provide reentry services for adult offenders under Monterey County Sheriff's Office supervision. Reentry Services for the Monterey County Sheriff's Office were solicited via a County Request for Proposal process (RFP #10582) overseen by the Contracts/Purchasing Department.
