RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health, or Assistant Director of Health, to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with Credit Consulting Services, Inc. SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Health Department Clinic Services Bureau (Clinic Services) operates ten community clinic sites designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) which provide preventive, primary, and specialty medical care services

As an FQHC, Clinic Services must comply with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements to make every effort to collect payments for services from patients in accordance with an approved sliding scale fee program.
