RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Monterey County Water Resources Agency Personnel and Administration Committee:
Receive the Monterey County Water Resources Agency 2020 Land Use and Lease project oversight list.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Agency staff in coordination with the Land Use and Lease subcommittee has generated a listing of projects to aide in the oversight of Agency lands and leases. This list contains projects with a range of issues and requests from easements, new leases, land trespass, and general use. The purpose of the list is to provide oversight and status reporting to the Agency’s Board of Directors, and committees, as necessary. The volume of projects on the list is extensive and the timeline for completion on these projects varies. The goal of the listing is to ensure all land use and lease projects are recognized and aligned for completion. Projects are prioritized by Agency benefits and other factors and the list is currently maintained by the Agency’s Operations Division.
