It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors Adopt a Resolution to Authorize and direct the Auditor-Controller to increase appropriations by $1,250,000 in the Sheriff-Coroner's FY2020-21 budget (001-2300-SHE001-8273) to replace the Sheriff's Office end of life radio equipment, offset by a decrease in appropriations in the County Administrative Office (001-1050-8038-CAO017), funded previously from the cannabis assignment for the first half of the purchase price.

The Board of Supervisors gave additional direction to fund the balance of the purchase price ($1,250,000) in FY 21-22.
