a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A-14590 by and between County of Monterey, on behalf of Monterey County Health Department (County) and City of Salinas (City), adding $54,100 to provide additional handwashing stations, station servicing and a weekly stipend for peer homeless outreach workers in areas where homeless people congregate, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $537,099, for additional services for the original term, December 01, 2019 through December 31, 2020; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not significantly change the agreement herein.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
