Title
a. Ratify and terminate the non-standard agreement between AMI Graphics, Inc. and the County of Monterey, dated November 1, 2019 for the provision of branding and signage services at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca;
b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to sign a retroactive standard services agreement with AMI Graphics, Inc. to provide branding and signage services to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca from October 15, 2020 through December 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $485,000; and
c. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($48,500) of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
