a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Mental Health Services Agreement with Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families for the term retroactive to January 25, 2021 through June 30, 2023 for the provision of Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program and mental health services in the amount of $558,786 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21, $1,126,020 for FY 2021-22, and $1,143,024 for FY 2022-23, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $2,827,830; and
b. Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($282,783) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
