a. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute a retroactive Agreement with Dougherty Pump & Drilling, Inc. for general repairs and maintenance of the water system at Laguna Seca Recreation Area retroactive from June 15, 2021 through May 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $25,000; and
b. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($2,500) of the agreement and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute a retroactive Agreement with Dougherty Pump & Drilling, Inc. for general repairs and maintenance of the water system at Laguna Seca Recreation Area retroactive from June 15, 2021 through May 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $25,000; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
A&D Narigi Consulting, LLC, (A&D) requests approval to enter into an agreement with Dougherty Pump & Drilling, Inc. for general repairs and maintenance of the water system at Laguna Seca Recreation Area (LSRA). Dougherty shall provide estimates for any repair work required. Dougherty will provide all labor and equipment required to perform said repairs and maintenance. Dougherty has been handling the plumbing needs at LSRA for the past 20+ years and is extremely knowledgeable with the facility's system and functionality.
