RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign a Standard Services Agreement with Motivating Individual Leadership for Public Advancement (MILPA) for the provision of reclassification and community outreach and education services for Proposition 47 Cohort-2 clients in Monterey County retroactive to October 1, 2021, in the amount not to exceeded $141,666 for the term of October 1, 2021 through February 28, 2023; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) awarded a continuing three-year $6,000,000 Proposition 47 Cohort-2 grant to the Monterey County Health Department, Behavioral Health Bureau.
