Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Mental Health Services Agreement between County of Monterey and Centro Binacional para el Desarrollo Indigena Oaxaque?o (CBDIO) for the provision of Maternal Mental Health Prevention and Early Intervention program in the amount of $250,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 and $250,000 for FY 2023-24, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $500,000 retroactive to July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024; and
