a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Standard Agreement Multi-Year Agreement (MYA)*6195 between the County of Monterey and One Workplace L Ferrari dba Peninsula Business Interiors, for office furniture design, planning, delivery and installation services for Public Works, Facilities and Parks, to increase the not to exceed amount by $300,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $400,000 and to extend the term through December 4, 2027; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Standard Agreement MYA*6195, subject to approval as to form by the Office of the County Counsel and approval as to fiscal provisions by the Auditor-Controller's Office.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
