| | Approve SA Smith & Enright Landscaping Inc. | BoS Agreement | a. Approve agreement with Smith & Enright Landscaping, Inc. to provide litter abatement services within the County of Monterey, Request for Proposal (RFP) #10957, for an initial term of three years effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029, with the option to extend the term for up to two additional years, for an amount not to exceed $1,250,000;
b. Approve additional term extensions for the agreement beyond the anticipated five-year term of RFP #10957 with no change in the scope of work or increase to the dollar amount to allow continuity of services initiated during the anticipated five-year term of the agreement, subject to review and approval as to form by the Office of the County Counsel; and
c. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks or designee to execute the agreement and future amendments to the agreement where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work or increase the compensation. | | |
