Adopt a resolution authorizing the Monterey County Water Resources Agency to enter into an agreement with the State of California Department of Water Resources to receive $230,000 in funding for the Carmel River Flood Study; and b. Authorize the Monterey County Water Resources Agency General Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and any amendments thereto, and to submit any required documents, invoices, and reports required to obtain State funds on behalf of the Monterey County Water Resources Agency.   None None
WRAG 24-135 3.Monitoring Wells Donation - BoSWRAWR General Agendaa. Approve and authorize the General Manager of the Water Resources Agency to accept donation of monitoring wells DA-1 valued at $436,645 DA-3 valued at $475,954 and ISW-1 valued at $163,352 from the Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency; b. Authorize the General Manager of the Water Resources Agency to enter into Agreements to Convey Ownership in Monitoring Wells DA-1, DA-3, and ISW-1; and c. Authorize the Water Resources Agency to use monitoring wells DA-1, DA-3, and ISW-1 for implementation of its Groundwater Monitoring Program.   None None
