| | BSK Associates Agreement | BoS Agreement | a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to sign a Standard Agreement with BSK Associates not to exceed the amount of $500,000 for the provision of Environmental Laboratory Testing & Analysis services for the period retroactive from July 1, 2019 through August 31, 2022; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to approve three (3) future amendments that do not exceed (10%) ($50,000) of the original Agreement and do not significantly alter the scope of services. | | |
