Approve and ratify execution by County Administrative Officer of an Amendment No. 2 to Standard Agreement #CCC-18-20021 with the CCC Office, for the purpose of supporting 2020 Census efforts in the NRFU period, adding $90,517 for a total contract liability of $531,963.00 and for the full term of March 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020; and
