RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget for the East Garrison Public Financing Authority.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The County Administrative Office recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve and adopt the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget for the East Garrison Public Financing Authority. This budget is unchanged from the FY 2023-24 Recommended Budget as presented and received by the Board during Budget Hearings on May 31 and June 1, 2023. The FY 2023-24 Budget for the East Garrison Public Financing Authority includes $36,125 in total appropriations and revenues offset by estimated revenue of $16,683 for a total net decrease of $19,442 in unreserved fund balance.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The County Administrative Office prepared the East Garrison Public Financing Authority FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget Resolution reflecting Board approval of the FY 2023-24 Recommended Budget as presented on May 31 and June 1, 2023.
FINANCING:
The East Garrison Public Financing Authority FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget Resolution reflects Board approval by reference of the FY 2023-24 Recommended Budget as presented on May 31 and June 1, 2023, represents a balanced budget and meets all requirements for adoption.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS STRATEGIC INITIATIVES:
The recommendation to approve the East Garrison Public Financing Authority FY 2023-24 budget is consistent with the Board of Supervisors' Strategic Initiative for Administration. The East Garrison Public Financing Authority District FY 2023-24 budget represents a balanced budget that sustains core services and efficiently allocates resources.
