RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A-15321, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Monterey County Probation Department and the Salinas Union High School District, reimbursing the Probation Department for a revised amount up to $997,655 for fiscal year 2022-2023, for collaborative campus-based services provided by the Probation Department;

SUMMARY:
The Probation Department is recommending approval of Amendment No. 1 to the MOU in the amount of $997,655 for fiscal year 2022-2023, with Salinas Union High School District for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023, as reimbursement for campus-based services provided by Probation.
