Acting on behalf of County Service Area No. 30 - Rancho Mar Monte:
a. Approve an increase in appropriations in the amount of $5,200 in the FY 2015-16 Adopted Budget for County Service Area No. 30 - Rancho Mar Monte, Fund 064-3000-8198-RMA060, where the financing source is Unassigned Fund Balance, to fund tree removal projects (4/5th vote required); and
b. Authorize the Auditor-Controller amend the budget for County Service Area No. 30 - Rancho Mar Monte, Fund 064-3000-8198-RMA060, for FY 2015-16 by increasing appropriations in the amount of $5,200 where RMA Fund 064 Unassigned Fund Balance is the financing source to balance the appropriation increase.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of County Service Area No. 30 - Rancho Mar Monte:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
County Service Area 30 - Rancho Mar Monte (CSA 30) provides property-related services within the Rancho Mar Monte subdivision. CSA 30 is responsible for open space and drainage facilities.
The estimated revenue for CSA 30 in FY 2015-16 is approximately $1,576, which includes the annual assessment of $985 and AB8 funds in the amount of $591 from general property taxes.
