a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign an Agreement with BKD, LLP in the amount of $240,000, to provide revenue enhancement services to the Health Department for the term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019; and
b. Accept the modifications to the County's indemnification and mediation provisions, as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% of the original contract amount ($24,000.00) and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to sign an Agreement with BKD, LLP in the amount of $240,000, to provide revenue enhancement services to the Health Department for the term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019; and
b. Accept the modifications to the County's indemnification and mediation provisions, as recommended by the Director of Health; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Health Department Clinic Services Bureau (Clinic Services) operates nine Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) clinic sites, including two satellite clinics, which are all mandated by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide primary health services to all patients regardless of ability to pay.
