RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. SUMMARY:
Over the last five (5) years, the County of Monterey's Resource Management Agency (RMA) has established several on-call agreements by prequalifying multiple professional firms in specialized fields.
