a. Approve and retroactively authorize the Interim Executive Director of the Monterey County Workforce Development Board to execute Amendment No. 1 to the non-standard Agreement with Chmura Economics & Analytics, LLC to provide for an additional one year subscription to JobsEQ(r) labor market software, beginning April 1, 2017 through March 30, 2018, for a revised amount of $9,990 (an increase of $4,995), and a revised term of April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2018; and
b. Authorize the Interim Executive Director of the Monterey County Workforce Development Board to execute up to five (5) future amendments providing for future subscriptions of one (1) year each, subject to County Counsel review, where the amendments do not exceed 10 percent (10%) of the original contract amount ($499.50 total maximum increase) per amendment and do not significantly change the scope of work or non-standard contract provisions

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
