RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Approve and Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute an 11-month Renewal and Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Insightformation, Inc. for the licensing of, and provision of training services for, a web-based planning and reporting tool, retroactive to August 16, 2017, for a revised full agreement term of March 24, 2017 through July 31, 2018, and adding $35,753 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed, $85,603.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Monterey County Health Department staff have been involved in several collective impact initiatives in the county and facilitating the development of a broader network of these initiatives. In 2016, the Impact Monterey County Network (the Network) was formed, bringing together leaders of various collective impact initiatives and community collaborative working to address the community's priorities identified by the 2014-2015 assessment process. The Network developed internal organizational structures to align activities and efficiencies to accelerate results against the community's vision and priorities. The Network is envisioned as a place for convening leaders and practitioners, connecting cross-sector and cross initiative partners around opportunities for alignment and coordination, measuring our impacts, sharing resources and trainings, building awareness and support for policies and practices that support the objectives of the four priority areas.
