SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The County of Monterey entered into a 20-year Site Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (New Cingular) on June 7, 2006 to operate and maintain a wireless communication site located at 1025 Monterey Highway 68, Salinas, Californa. New Cingular's equipment and antennae are located on the County's monopole communications tower along with other appurtenant and incidental equipment in the designated area(s) identified within Exhibit B of the Site Lease Agreement.
