Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to sign an agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies for $4,584,643 to provide Specialty Mental Health and non-Medi-Cal Wraparound services and supports for eligible youth and their families for the period May 15, 2020 through June 30, 2023; and
b. Authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three (3) amendments to this Agreement, where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($458,464) of the original contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Wraparound Monterey County (WMC) is one of the pillars of practice outlined in AB 403 Continuum of Care Reform (CCR). It offers an alternative service provision to keep children with high needs in the community or reunite children safely with their families of origin. The program is a collaborative partnership among Monterey County Department of Social Services, Probation Department, and Children's Behavioral Health that has been serving youth since 2002.
