a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a two (2) year Mental Health Services Agreement (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2023) with Door to Hope, Inc. for outpatient and residential mental health services to children and adolescents residing in Monterey County in the amount of $2,200,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22, and $2,200,000 for FY 2022-23, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $4,400,000; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($440,000) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a two (2) year Mental Health Services Agreement (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2023) with Door to Hope, Inc. for outpatient and residential mental health services to children and adolescents residing in Monterey County in the amount of $2,200,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22, and $2,200,000 for FY 2022-23, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $4,400,000; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Door to Hope provides mental health rehabilitation services through the following programs: Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment serving youth and young adults ages 12 through 25; Monterey County Screening Team for Assessment, Referral and Treatment for children ages 0 through 11; and Santa Lucia, a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program serving female adolescents ages 13 through 17.
