The proposed lease agreement is between Southern Monterey County Memorial Hospital, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation doing business as Mee Memorial Healthcare System ("Mee Memorial") and the County of Monterey on behalf of Natividad Medical Center. The lease is for 537.5 square feet of medical office space within a medical office building owned by Mee Memorial located at 467 El Camino Real, Greenfield, California, 93927. The lease also includes use of two pieces of medical equipment (an ultrasound machine and a colposcopy machine).
