a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts Purchasing Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 2 to Standard Agreement MYA*5962 between the County of Monterey and Tope's Tree Service, to increase the not to exceed amount by $300,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $400,000, to continue to provide routine and emergency tree pruning and removal maintenance services, with no change to the term of the Agreement; and
b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts Purchasing Supervisor to execute up to two (2) additional amendments to extend the Agreement for up to a total maximum term of five (5) years, with no change to the not to exceed amount, subject to County Counsel approval and provided the terms of the Agreement remain substantially the same.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
